If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please email or call me within 3 hours to enable someone else to take that booking. For no shows a 50% fee will occur. Your time is booked for the hour, I have made myself available to you for that time. Arriving late may deduct that time from your massage session, so please be mindful.
