Service Description
Remedial massage applies a firm pressure with various techniques tailored specifically for the client, involving stretching, deep tissue, bowen therapy, acupressure, and relaxation. It is helpful to relieve tight muscles and joints and encourages the tissues to release stresses and heal the body. It can be used on all age groups, but not recommended during pregnancy, due to the pressure and points used. stiffness and needing a gentle release to help improve range of movement and to alleviate any pain. Firm pressure along with myofascial release on the skin, is used to break down adhesions in the tissues and improve the flexibility of the client, and in turn, enable them to fully relax and make a speedy recovery. Returning them to a state of wellness and feeling empowered in their health and able to return to normal activities sooner.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please email or call me within 3 hours to enable someone else to take that booking. For no shows a 50% fee will occur. Your time is booked for the hour, I have made myself available to you for that time. Arriving late may deduct that time from your massage session, so please be mindful.
